Ordering from Nobbies Web Site is easy! Whether you're having a party or you're looking for the perfect costume and accessories, we've got what you're looking for. Payment Options
Nobbies accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. An order can also be mailed in to us with a check or money order. Sorry, no C.O.D's. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to place orders.

Shipping Information
Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the next business day following the placement of the order. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Tuesday of the following week. When holidays fall on a business day, all order processing and shipping will be delayed one business day.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your merchandise total. See chart for shipping costs within the continental United States.

For orders outside of the Continental United States or orders totalling $300 or more, shipping charges will be calculated during order processing.

Oversized items or extremely heavy items will incur additional shipping charges. Because these rates vary widely, you will be contacted by email or phone and informed of the total shipping cost.

Note: During the months of September and October, add 1-2 days processing time to the normal shipping time. We receive a large quantity of orders during this time and process them in the order they are received. Please be sure to take this into consideration when ordering.

Returns/Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Defective, damage, or mis-shipped products may be returned to Nobbies for a full refund. We accept returns on products that are unopened, unused and in good condition within 30 days of purchase, unless listed below.

We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. Items that are seasonal, on sale, specially marked or otherwise identified as non-refundable are not eligible for return or refund

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances: Masks, Wigs, Hats, Make-up, and Candy. Costumes can be exchanged for another size only.

Return credit will be issued in the following manner: if paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to the same account charged; if paid by money order, a check will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer pays return shipping.
